Cayman Airways (CAL) has recently unveiled its latest addition to its flight routes: direct flights to Panama City.
This service aims to enhance travel opportunities and strengthen economic ties between the Cayman Islands and Panama.
The decision to introduce direct flights to Panama City was made in response to increasing demand from travellers, and the growing business connections between the two countries. This route will provide convenient and efficient travel options for both leisure and business purposes.
Passengers will enjoy the benefits of a non-stop flight, saving them valuable time and eliminating the need for layovers or connecting flights. CAL’s direct flights to Panama City will also offer enhanced flexibility for travellers, allowing them to customise their itineraries to suit their specific needs.
The introduction of this new route aligns with CAL’s commitment to expanding its flight network and offering enhanced travel options to its customers. It also contributes to the Cayman Islands’ position as a premier destination for both tourism and business. Cayman Airways now services 10 international destinations, most of which are in the US.
CAL’s direct flights to Panama City commenced on 26 June, and passengers can book their tickets through the airline’s website or authorised travel agents. The new weekly flights operate on Mondays and Thursdays, arriving at the Tocumen International Airport in Panama at 1:30 p.m. and departing at 3 p.m.
